Not all products fit nicely into a standard cardboard box, in fact most don’t. Most products have at least one factor that makes them awkward to pack. This could be size, shape, weight, centre of mass, fragile components etc. the list is almost endless.We love awkward products as it’s a challenge and makes us think and look for new solutions i.e., they’re really interesting… Our promise to you is that we’ll work to deliver the best possible bespoke solution in the best, most relevant materials to solve your problem.

 

All of our boxes have certain things in common. They’ll be manufactured from the right material for your needs. Wherever possible the solution will be from a sustainable material. It will be as lightweight as possible, and they’ll be designed to be as quick and efficient during the packaging process as possible.

 

As we start to move into the sampling stage, we may show virtual concepts using state of the art 3D CAD technology means that each client can be shown exactly what we can do for them in a clear and easily understood manner. In many cases, this means adding features such as print detail, locking tabs, hinged lids, self-sealing strips, hand holes, handles, perforations or address panels. All can be added now to save time in the physical world.
