Case Study
We worked with a leading Gammon processor to find efficiencies and cost savings in their production process. Their process was to auto-pack using a thermoforming line, however when packing into Gold/Clear packs they couldn’t do this as they couldn’t get Gold film to fit their machines. We developed and trialled with them a Gold lidding film with 100% colour coverage. This was fixed to highly transparent thermoforming base film to create a Gold/Clear pack on their line.
